Indoor Batting Cage in North Hollywood, CA

Ask around North Hollywood and you'll hear about the Frost cage — a covered indoor batting cage in North Hollywood, CA a coaching dad built for his two baseball kids, now one of the most well-loved home setups on CageList.
The cage
This shaded, covered tunnel measures 52 feet long, 14 feet wide, and 12 feet high, with LED night lighting and turf. It's a full hitting-and-pitching space: a Hack Attack Jr. pitching machine (self-serve, guest-adjustable), a regulation 42–46' pitcher's mound, an L-screen, a hitting tee, seating, arm-band and weight-lifting areas (14+), and a public park across the street for running and fielding. Sessions run $50/hour, with an exit-velocity radar and display available as an add-on.
Who it's for
Built for all ages with supervision, the cage hosts individual sessions, small groups, youth and adult team practices, pitching work, and private lessons — youth through professional. Room for up to 15 guests makes it flexible for a solo hitter or a small squad.
The host
John Frost has "2 baseball kids in the family" and has "coached well over a dozen seasons of youth baseball," using the cage for private lessons and small groups. That hands-on care is exactly what guests notice — this is a coach's home cage, run the way a coach would want one run.

Good to know
The cage is covered and lit for night sessions, and the park across the street adds room for fielding and conditioning.
