Baseball is scattered across a dozen places that don't talk to each other. We're trying to be the one that connects them, so yes, there's a lot on this page. Here's what every piece of it costs.
Two rates. Everything below is one of them.
When we bring you the customer
Someone searched CageList, found you, and booked. We brought the demand, so we take from both sides.
When you bring your own people
Your clients, your families, your own schedule. We're the rails, not the storefront: CageList keeps the rest and pays the card fee out of it.
On backyard cages, a 10% service fee is added to the cage rate. It is baked into the price you see while browsing, then itemized at checkout. It applies to cage time only; add-ons and cleaning fees are never marked up. Facility and academy bookings carry no player fee. Book a block and it gets cheaper.

Youth baseball give-back
If your league has a cage or a field, list it here and we waive our commission entirely. Not a discount: zero. Same booking, payments, waivers and support every other host gets, and your league page is free either way.
A league that keeps 100% has funding. A funded league puts its own cage to work. And a cage that gets used is more reps for the kids in it, which is the entire point of us being here.

Every rate on this page is read from the code that charges the card: commission and fee percentages from CageList's live pricing settings, payout splits from the modules that mint the transfers, so what you read here is what you are charged or paid. Cancellation windows: Flexible (6 hours), Moderate (24 hours), Strict (3 days).

If you cancel, only the deadline changes
Every host policy refunds the same way. Cancel before the deadline and you get 100% back. Cancel after it and you get 50% as CageList credit. Once the session has started there is no refund. The only difference between the three is how close to the session you can still cancel for free.

Full refunds return to your original payment method; the 50% partial is issued as CageList credit. Refer a friend and you both earn $10 in credit toward their first booking: 15% off, up to $10.00 per booking.
No upfront cost, no monthly fee, no listing fee. CageList takes a 10% commission only when you get a booking, so you keep 90% of every dollar. Set your own hourly rate, group-size tiers, cleaning fee, and add-ons.
A lesson is priced two ways, on purpose. A client you already had pays your price plus card processing and you keep 100%. CageList takes nothing for running your calendar. A client we sent you pays a one-time $10 finder's fee, and from then on you keep 95% of every lesson. CageList keeps the rest and pays the card fee out of it.

Getting verified: once, not annually
$55 one time covers your Checkr background check. There is no renewal and no annual fee, and CageList re-runs your check every three years at no cost to you.
Apply to coachListing your club is free: a page families can find, with tryouts, how to join, and your roster.
Optional: stop chasing dues
Set a monthly dues plan and families subscribe to autopay. CageList bills the card, handles the failed payments, and transfers your 95% every cycle. CageList keeps 5% and pays the card fee out of it. On $200 you keep $190.00, the card fee is $6.10 and CageList keeps $3.90 after paying it. Your roster is whoever is paying dues plus anyone you comp, and only you decide who joins.
Running a men's or adult league instead? Your league page is free too, with nothing to collect and nothing to pay.

Monthly memberships
Sell recurring plans with included sessions and priority booking. We bill the card, chase the failures, and transfer your 90% each cycle. CageList keeps 10%, pays the card fee out of it, and puts your plans in front of players searching your area.
Online booking for your cages
Your hours, your rates, booked and paid online. CageList takes 5% of each booking and pays the card fee out of it; players pay no booking fee. On $40 you keep $38.00, the card fee is $1.46 and CageList keeps $0.54 after paying it.Ask us to switch it on; we're enabling facilities one at a time while it's in pilot.
Both need a claimed profile first, and a connected Stripe account so the money lands in yours.
