CageList was founded by a former professional baseball player turned private Baseball Coach who lived this problem firsthand. He spent years searching for reliable batting cages to train his students and run club team practices — constantly scrambling to find something dependable, affordable, and close by.
It started during Covid, when in-person lessons stopped and the usual fallbacks disappeared. What he always wanted was simple: a clean, safe, reliable place he could send clients to — or bring his teams to — for $20 to $25 an hour. The platform came out of that frustration.
This isn't a tech company that happened to pick baseball as a vertical. We're coaches and players building the tool we always wished existed.
