Backyard Batting Cage in Moreno Valley, CA

In Moreno Valley there's a backyard batting cage in Moreno Valley, CA a mom built for her daughters — a genuinely softball-ready setup Nikki put together so her girls could sharpen their game at home, now open to other families.
The cage
This is a Batco outdoor cage, 36 feet long, 14 feet wide, and 15 feet tall — tall enough for comfortable full swings. It's properly softball-tuned rather than a baseball cage with a softball machine bolted on: a batter's box mat, a hitting tee, an Atec pro pitcher's practice backstop, a combo screen for protection, and a Jugs super softball machine fed with a bucket of dimpled softballs. On-site parking makes drop-off and pickup easy. Sessions are $35/hour.
Who it's for
It's built for softball hitters and small family sessions of up to 5 — ideal for a player and a parent working through machine reps and tee work together. The dedicated fastpitch machine, softball-specific gear, and dimpled balls set it apart from all-baseball cages and make it a real find for softball families in the area.
The host
Nikki has three daughters, "2 of them live for softball," and she says it directly: "I put together this cage for them to be able to practice their skills and improve their game." It's a mom-built cage with real heart behind it — every piece of equipment chosen for her own kids' development — and now she opens it up so other families can chase the same improvement.
Good to know
It's a private outdoor softball cage with parking on site. House rules keep it tidy and reserved for individual and family use (no full team practices): turf-friendly shoes only (no cleats), no pets, food, seeds, or gum, and no smoking, alcohol, or glass. Show up ready to hit — the gear is all there.
