Backyard Batting Cage in Canyon Country, CA

Welcome to Kelly's Ultimate Batting Zone — a backyard batting cage in Canyon Country, CA loaded with pro-level training tools and built by a dad who wanted the best for his boys.
The cage
This 35x14x14 outdoor cage is anchored by a Junior Hack Attack pitching machine set 46 feet from the plate, throwing fastballs, curves, sliders, split-fingers, and knuckleballs up to 70 mph — which simulates 90-plus at that distance. Driveline Smash Factor balls mean no sore hands and no beat-up bats. You can also soft toss off the L-screen or hit off the Tanner tee, and there's a Pocket Radar Smart Coach on hand to dial in your exact speed. Kelly stocks mini hitting plyos, weighted and leather baseballs, plus a plyo wall and recovery tools like Jaeger bands and a mini trampoline. Sessions run $45/hour.
Who it's for
Between the adjustable machine, the radar, and the arm-care and recovery gear, this cage suits everyone from a young player learning the swing to an advanced hitter chasing game-speed reps. Kelly is happy to show you how to run the machine and even feed balls for you if you'd like.
The host
Kelly is a "hardcore Dodgers fan and proud parent of three incredibly active boys." The backyard started as a skateboard ramp, then he repurposed it into a hitting zone as his boys fell for baseball — adding a college-coach-recommended machine, Driveline balls, and a plyo wall so they could train without sore hands or hurt bats. It's a setup built out of a dad's real investment in his kids, and now he shares it with other families.
What hitters say
"Incredibly friendly and accommodating. He helped with the batting machine, and the boys had a great practice. I would rent again." — Eric
"Great cage, extremely helpful and a lot of different options to get your work in!" — Leonel
Good to know
The variety here is the standout — machine work, soft toss, tee, radar, and recovery tools all in one backyard. Kelly's hands-on help with the machine makes it approachable even if you've never run one before.
