Your rate tells a family what to expect before they meet you. Price what the hour is worth, not what feels safe.

Coach playbook, 3 of 5. Price is the first thing a parent compares and the last thing a coach feels sure about.
01
A low rate says you are new or unsure. A high rate says you expect results and you have earned the right to ask for them. Parents compare coaches on price first, then on trust.
02
Isaac Hess charges $120 an hour. A coach in their first year may start lower and raise the rate as the calendar fills. If you are booked solid for two weeks, raise it.
03
A 10 pack at 20% off turns a $120 hour into $96 a session. The family commits to ten weeks, and you get a full calendar. You do not run the discount by hand: CageList does it.
04
Existing lessons keep the price they were booked at. Change your rate for new bookings only and tell regular families first.
