Indoor Batting Cage in South Jordan, UT

At just $10 an hour, this indoor batting cage in South Jordan, UT is one of the best values on CageList — and it exists because one family took a 50-by-100-foot outbuilding and turned it into a real baseball and softball practice space.
The cage
The building holds two batting cages — one with a pitching machine — plus plenty of open floor for practice. The primary cage runs 55 feet long, 16 wide, and 14 tall. It's stocked with baseballs and softballs, a baseball pitching machine, an L-screen, a hitting tee, and a baseball bullpen mound, with room for infield work. Sessions are just $10/hour with ten guests included, and a bathroom, parking, and lighting are all on hand.
Who it's for
With two cages, a machine, a mound, and open space, the building fits a lot at once — solo hitters, a parent and player, a pitcher getting bullpen reps, or a small team splitting the room. At ten guests included, it's genuinely built for group work, not just individual swings.
The host
There's real effort behind this one. As the owner explains, "We converted a 50' x 100' outbuilding into a baseball/softball practice building. It has two batting cages (one with a pitching machine), and plenty of open space for practice." That's a family building something for their players — and now sharing it with the community at a price that keeps kids swinging.
Good to know
It's fully indoor, so Utah winters never stop a session, with parking, lighting, and a restroom on site. House rules are simple: no pets, no seeds. With two cages and open floor, there's usually room for more than one thing to be happening at once — one player timing off the machine while another works the tee or takes grounders in the open space.
