Indoor Batting Cage in Nahunta, GA

Few setups match the character of this indoor batting cage in Nahunta, GA — the Blazer Barn, a climate-controlled facility with two full cages, pro-grade simulators, and seating salvaged from big-league ballparks like Wrigley Field and Busch Stadium.
The cage
The Blazer Barn houses two tunnels: a 70-foot lane with a Pro Batter baseball simulator and a 60-foot lane with a Home Plate softball simulator. Both have L-screens, so a team can split them and run baseball and softball drills at the same time. The listed cage runs 70 feet long, 14 feet wide, and 12 feet high. Equipment includes baseball and fast-pitch softball pitching machines, an L-screen, a hitting tee, a bullpen mound, and enough space for infield work. The building is climate-controlled and comes with parking, LED lighting, restroom access, music, and that one-of-a-kind stadium seating. Sessions run $30/hour.
Who it's for
With capacity for up to 15 guests across two cages, the Blazer Barn handles individual hitters, small groups, and full teams that need simultaneous baseball and softball work — a rare thing to find under one roof. The simulators and the bullpen mound make it a strong fit for pitchers and serious hitters alike, and the dual-lane layout keeps a whole roster moving.
The host
Mike Hendrix heads Blazer Baseball Academy and runs the Blazer Barn hitting facility. It's operated with a coach's eye and an academy's standard — the simulators and dual-cage layout aren't casual touches, they're built for real player development and for teams that want a serious place to work.
Good to know
Climate control means genuine year-round comfort, whatever the Georgia weather is doing outside. Two cages plus L-screens make it practical to book for a mixed baseball-and-softball team without anyone standing around. House rules keep the space clean: no cleats, seeds, glass, pets, alcohol, or smoking. And yes — you get to take your swings surrounded by seats pulled straight from major-league ballparks.
