The indoor batting cage in Humble, TX known as Houston Hustlers Academy started the way the best ones do — with a family that loves the game and loves coaching kids, and wanted a place to do both right.

The cage

This indoor space is built for real work: a full infield, plenty of room for infield drills, a hitting tee, an L-screen, and both baseball and softball bullpen mounds, plus a baseball pitching machine and a slowpitch softball machine so players on either side of the game are covered. Restroom access, a Bluetooth sound system, and a seating area round it out. It holds up to 30 guests and runs $45/hour, and because it's set up for both baseball and softball, whole teams from either sport can call it home.

Who it's for

Hustlers Academy is set up for just about everyone — individual sessions and private lessons, small groups, youth and adult team practices, pitching and infield work, camps and clinics, even birthday parties and content filming. Players from the youth level all the way through high school, college, and the pro ranks train here, which speaks to how much range the space really has.
