Serious hitters in Orange County have a serious place to train: the indoor batting cage in Garden Grove, CA at Pro Athletics is a full-size, covered facility built for real reps, real teams, and year-round work.

The cage

This is a big, well-equipped indoor space, 65 feet long, 15 feet wide, and a full 16 feet tall, fully covered so weather never cancels a session. It comes stocked with a baseball pitching machine, an L-screen, a hitting tee, a baseball bullpen mound, and enough room for infield work, plus both baseballs and softballs on hand so players can show up and get straight to it. Amenities include LED lighting, a Bluetooth sound system, a comfortable seating area, restroom access, and parking. Rates are $75/hour, and a two-cage team rental is available for larger groups who want to run two stations at once.

Who it's for

With room for up to 12 guests and a mound, tee, and machine ready to go, this works equally well for individual hitters grinding out extra reps, a travel team running a full practice, or pitchers getting live bullpen work in. The covered, climate-friendly setup makes it a genuine year-round option, which is exactly what a competitive schedule demands.

The host

Blake keeps it simple: “We have some of the best cages in the area.” The equipment list and the sheer size of the space back that claim up, this is a facility set up by people who take hitting seriously and know what serious players and coaches are looking for when they book a cage.

What hitters say

“The place is excellent!”. John
