Host Spotlight: Robert's AZ Prime Athletics Cage in Chandler, AZ

Robert's family runs AZ Prime Athletics right out of their Chandler backyard, and it's a serious setup — the kind of place where you can hit, pitch, and take infield without ever leaving the property. It's proof that a home cage can rival a commercial facility when it's built with real intent.
The cage
This outdoor cage stretches a full 70 feet, 14 wide and 14 high, with turf grass underfoot and LED lights for night sessions once the Arizona heat backs off. The centerpiece is a Hack Attack pitching machine that dials all the way from 0 to 100 mph, so it grows with a hitter from tee-ball speeds up to varsity heat. Pair it with the on-site pitching mound and a nine-hole pitching target and you've got a genuine spot for pitchers to sharpen command, not just a place to take BP. There's a baseball cart to keep the reps moving, an L-screen, hitting tees, and baseballs, plus enough room for infield work — and the turf infield can even be rented out separately for grounders and double-play footwork. Add a speaker and on-site parking and it's a complete training environment. Sessions run $50/hour.
The host
Robert keeps it simple: "We are a baseball family living in Chandler, AZ." That's the CageList story in a single sentence — a family that built a great cage, then decided it shouldn't sit empty when hitters nearby could put it to good use.
