Host Spotlight: Marc's Country Batting Cage in Cleveland, TX

There's something about hitting in the wide-open Texas country that a strip-mall cage just can't match, and Marc Villegas has exactly that going for him east of Cleveland, TX. His East Montgomery Country Cages sit in a comfortable, shaded country setting with plenty of room to spread out and get to work.
The cage
Marc's cage runs a full 72 feet long, 12 feet wide, and 12 feet tall — a true full-size setup with turf underfoot. It's an outdoor cage in a shaded spot, so you get fresh air without cooking in the sun. Inside you'll find a raised pitching mound, a pitching machine, an L-screen, and a batting tee, so it works just as well for a pitcher throwing a bullpen as it does for a hitter grinding through a bucket. There's a sound system and parking on site, and it goes for $50/hour. Want live arms? Marc also offers a pitching add-on. It's a big, private space that comfortably handles a small group or a family working through reps together.
The host
In Marc's own words, it's a "full size cage with turf, pitching machine and raised pitching mound" — no frills, just a serious place to hit. That straightforward, get-to-work attitude is exactly the kind of host CageList was built around: real cages, opened up to real hitters nearby.
