Host Spotlight: Jon's Backyard Batting Cage in Lilburn, GA

Jon's cage in Lilburn is the kind of neighborhood setup CageList was built for — a private backyard cage with an auto-fed pitching machine, ready whenever a hitter nearby needs their reps.
The cage
This one is a proper outdoor backyard cage measuring 45 feet long, 15 wide, and 15 tall — plenty of headroom for full-effort swings and pitching alike. The headliner is the auto-fed pitching machine, so you can hit uninterrupted without a partner feeding balls. Jon also stocks it with an L-screen, a batting tee, and baseballs, which covers the whole progression from tee work to live cuts. As Jon puts it, "my location, privacy, and pitching machine" are what make it a great choice. Sessions run $35/hour, and it's a private space for you and your crew.
The host
Jon's background is not what you'd expect from a batting-cage host, and that's part of the fun. "I'm a former US Federal Agent, Military Veteran, and Baseball Hitting Enthusiast," he says. That last part is the one that shows up in the details here — the auto-feeder, the private layout, the equipment that's actually ready to use. He opens up his cage to hitters and teams around Lilburn looking for extra reps.
Book it — or list your own
If you're near Lilburn and you need somewhere to hit, book Jon's cage here and go to work. Somewhere else? Find a batting cage near you and get in the box.
And if you've got a cage of your own sitting idle most of the week, Jon is a great example of what's possible. List your cage on CageList and see what it could earn — while helping hitters in your own community get better.
Thanks for being part of CageList, Jon.
