Host Spotlight: Coach Mike's Softball Cage in Chula Vista, CA

Coach Mike's private backyard cage in East Chula Vista, California is a softball hitter's spot — Jugs machine, lights, and a host who's spent years around the game. Here's our next Cage Spotlight.
The cage
Coach Mike runs a private, lighted outdoor cage measuring 50 feet long. It's set up for softball with a Jugs fast-pitch softball pitching machine, a warm-up tee and net, dimple softballs, 12u softballs, and an L-screen. You're welcome to bring your own equipment if you prefer, and hitting lessons are available if you're interested. It's a clean, private backyard space that goes for $50/hour.
The host
Coach Mike has the reps to back the nickname: "I have been coaching softball for the last 8 years from t-ball up through 14u. My son played Little League baseball and my 2 daughters have played both rec and travel softball." This is a host who knows exactly what a softball hitter needs.
What hitters say
"The host communicated perfectly. Everything was as described (maybe even better). Jugs machine was very well kept. Plenty of space for big hits. Host even set up a hitting net with a tee for the girls on deck. Better than expected! Amazing host and very friendly. The girls can't wait to return." — Samara
