The cage

Dale's indoor cage runs 55 feet long, 12 wide, and 10 high, and it's both heated and cooled — so it's genuinely comfortable to hit in whether it's the dead of a Utah winter or a scorching July afternoon. The centerpiece is the machine lineup: an Iron Mike and a Jugs 3-wheel that, in Dale's words, "can throw any pitch at any speed." That range lets hitters work on everything from fastballs to breaking stuff in a single session. Add an L-screen, a hitting tee, a bullpen mound, and room for infield work, and it's a genuinely complete package for both hitters and pitchers. Parking is on site, and sessions run $100/hour. For players who want to go further, hitting, pitching, catching, and fielding lessons are all available as add-ons.
