Host Spotlight: Angelica's Climate-Controlled Cage in Houston, TX

In Houston, Texas, Angelica and her family opened up Spring Branch Knights Athletics — a private, climate-controlled cage that's a real haven when the Texas heat rolls in.

The cage

This is an indoor, climate-controlled space with 50 feet of batting cage and a pitching machine, set inside a 1,000-square-foot facility that also has room for strength and agility work. It's genuinely private — Angelica lists it as extremely private — and geared toward youth and high school hitters running individual sessions, private lessons, or small groups. The cage comes with baseballs, an L-screen, a hitting tee, and a bullpen mound, with space for infield work. There's a Bluetooth speaker, a small waiting area with a full view of the session, and parking right in front. Sessions run $40/hour, and the bay door can even open for natural light if you're filming. Personal trainers are welcome.

Angelica keeps it simple and heartfelt: "Our family loves baseball and fully understand the dedication that all athletes invest in their training." That's why they set up a private cage focused on the personal development of the athlete — no crowds, just your session.
