Host Spotlight: Andrew's Indoor Cage in Acworth, GA

Andrew, a travel-ball coach in Acworth, Georgia, built an indoor cage for his son and now shares it with hitters and pitchers around the area.

The cage

Andrew's indoor cage is 30 feet long by 10 feet wide with a Jugs pitching machine that can throw multiple pitches, so you can dial in exactly the look you want. Being covered, it's good to go rain or shine. What makes this setup stand out is the pitching side: there's a mound with a 9-hole target set 50 feet away, an L-screen, a bullpen mound, plus an arm stretcher, a tee, and a hitting net in the back room for warmups and extra work. There's lighting, seating, and parking on site. It goes for $30/hour, which is a strong deal for a space this well-equipped for both hitting and pitching.
