Our primary job is to explore what motivates a player, and to cultivate a culture of habit-forming and self-responsibility. That means laying down a foundation of basic leadership concepts and teaching players to take pride in the little details they can control.

This game is about repetition and refinement. It's not about finding a coach with a magic bullet for a player's swing or the perfect piece of advice. Baseball is a portal to mentorship and positive habit-forming through sport — that has to stay the point, for every player at every level.
I don't just teach you how to pitch, hit, field, and run. I teach you what you need to do to be a champion. That's a fully holistic philosophy and approach to the game, not a list of drills.
How this philosophy turns into an actual lesson plan, level by level.
