- Complete a Facility Use Agreement, provide required insurance, and submit before your event (youth partners also need background/concussion compliance). Call (813) 250-3314 or email TampaAthleticsOffice@tampagov.net. Submission does not auto-approve. Note: Hillsborough County fields use a separate rental path (prk-fields@hcfl.gov).

- Published City of Tampa fees: practice about $10/hour/field (2-hour minimum); tournament/games about $50/day/field; umpire/attendant about $37.50/hour; tournament-promoter deposit about $125/facility/day (applied to rental). Confirm when you apply.
