A $1,000,000 liability insurance certificate naming the City of Tavares as additional insured is required before your reservation is confirmed. Pay the applicable fee per the City's approved fee schedule (6.5% FL sales tax added unless you provide a tax-exempt certificate). Usage is limited to the exact time and dates on your application.
