First Colony Park

First Colony Park is a 22-acre City of Sugar Land baseball complex with nine diamonds — seven lighted, two unlighted — plus batting cages and two concession areas. It's a busy youth-league home, so outside teams book open dates through the city's Athletics office. Sugar Land is one of the few operators in the area that publishes its rental rates up front, with a clear resident vs. non-resident split, making it one of the more predictable fields in the metro to reserve.

How to reserve

Call or email the Athletics office (based at the Imperial Park Recreation Center) to check availability, then submit a rental application with the deposit. Applicant must be 21+. Fees are due 10 days before your date. Proof of residency for the resident rate = Sugar Land driver's license + Sugar Land water bill.

Rental rate

Non-resident $51/hr (no lights), $83/hr (with lights); resident $42/$63. $78.50 deposit.
