- Submit a written permit application in person at the Parks & Recreation office (3111 San Augustine Ave, Mon–Fri 8 AM–4 PM), up to 6 months ahead and at least 2 weeks prior. A certificate of liability insurance ($1M, City named additional insured) and a refundable deposit are required.
- A refundable security deposit (set per facility) plus a $1M liability insurance certificate naming the City of Pasadena as additional insured; field fee per the city schedule.
