Rental Guarantee
If the batting cage you book is not as advertised, unsafe, inaccessible, or missing, you may be eligible for a full refund through the CageList Protection Plan. -
Support Assistance
If something goes wrong, our team will work quickly to help you find an alternative cage or provide another solution to make it right. -
Host Review Process
Every new host is reviewed manually. CageList verifies host identity and screens listings for authenticity before they are approved to go live. -
Secure Payment System
All transactions are processed securely through Stripe, providing an additional layer of financial security.
How the Protection Plan Works
- Book and pay for your rental through CageList.
- Complete your rental as scheduled.
- If you experience a significant issue (e.g., cage missing, unsafe, unusable), report the issue within 24 hours of your scheduled rental time.
- CageList will investigate and work with you to resolve the situation — including issuing a full refund when appropriate.
Important Notes
- Issues must be reported to CageList within 24 hours of the rental to be eligible for protection.
- The Protection Plan covers the rental fee only. It does not cover travel expenses, personal equipment, or injuries.
- Abuse of the Protection Plan (such as false claims) may result in suspension or removal from the CageList platform.
Why a Protection Fee Is Charged
A small CageList Protection Fee is included with every booking.
This fee allows us to maintain the Protection Plan, provide fast customer support, and continue building the safest, most trusted batting cage rental platform in the world.
