About the league
A community-centered, wood-bat-only men's baseball league for players 30 and older, established in 2011 and playing Sunday afternoons in Wake Forest, North Carolina. Open to players of all skill levels who want to keep playing baseball in a formal league setting.
Like most men's leagues, it plays real hardball across 30+ divisions, with wood or BBCOR bats, umpired games and a full season schedule. It is the kind of competitive baseball that's hard to find once high school and college ball are behind you. Rosters usually mix former high school and college players with guys returning to the game after years away, so there's typically a division that fits your level. New players can usually join North Wake Men's Baseball League as a free agent or enter a full team; reach out through the league before the season sets its rosters. This is a free, unclaimed CageList directory listing; the league runs its own schedule, rosters, and registration.
Between games, keep your swing and glove sharp: Wake Forest-area players can book batting cages and find training facilities and open fields to practice at nearby.
