About the league
An amateur adult and collegiate wood-bat baseball league for ages 18 and up serving the Greensboro, Winston-Salem and High Point Triad area. Affiliated with the National Adult Baseball Association, it plays roughly 20 games including regular season, tournament and All-Star games, with games on weekends and weeknights.
Like most men's leagues, it plays real hardball across 18+ divisions, with wood or BBCOR bats, umpired games and a full season schedule. It is the kind of competitive baseball that's hard to find once high school and college ball are behind you. Rosters usually mix former high school and college players with guys returning to the game after years away, so there's typically a division that fits your level. New players can usually join Greensboro NABA as a free agent or enter a full team; reach out through the league before the season sets its rosters. This is a free, unclaimed CageList directory listing; the league runs its own schedule, rosters, and registration.
