About the league
A recreational adult wood-bat baseball league for players 18 and older with teams in the Wilmington and Jacksonville, North Carolina areas. It also fields tournament teams (25+ and 35+) that compete in USA Baseball regional and national events including the USAB World Series.
Like most men's leagues, it plays real hardball across 18+ (plus 25+ and 35+ tournament teams) divisions, with wood or BBCOR bats, umpired games and a full season schedule. It is the kind of competitive baseball that's hard to find once high school and college ball are behind you. Rosters usually mix former high school and college players with guys returning to the game after years away, so there's typically a division that fits your level. New players can usually join Carolina Men's Baseball League as a free agent or enter a full team; reach out through the league before the season sets its rosters. This is a free, unclaimed CageList directory listing; the league runs its own schedule, rosters, and registration.
Between games, keep your swing and glove sharp: Wilmington-area players can book batting cages and find training facilities and open fields to practice at nearby.
