About the league
Adult amateur recreational baseball league serving the St. Louis metro area for older players, promoting senior baseball and sportsmanship for men 43 and over. Runs 43+, 53+ and 60+ age divisions with professional umpires and a summer schedule.
Like most men's leagues, it plays real hardball across 43+, 53+, 60+ divisions, with wood or BBCOR bats, umpired games and a full season schedule. It is the kind of competitive baseball that's hard to find once high school and college ball are behind you. Rosters usually mix former high school and college players with guys returning to the game after years away, so there's typically a division that fits your level. New players can usually join St. Louis Baseball Forever League as a free agent or enter a full team; reach out through the league before the season sets its rosters. This is a free, unclaimed CageList directory listing; the league runs its own schedule, rosters, and registration.
Between games, keep your swing and glove sharp: St. Louis-area players can book batting cages and find training facilities and open fields to practice at nearby.
