Adult wood-bat baseball league operating for over 30 years across Southside Hampton Roads — Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Suffolk, Portsmouth and Hampton. Players range roughly from ages 18 to 45. Games are Sunday doubleheaders (7-inning games) from April through Labor Day.
