About the league
A 25+ adult baseball league in Central Virginia with six teams. Games are played in the Richmond area including Manchester High School in Midlothian and Rockwood Park in North Chesterfield.
Like most men's leagues, it plays real hardball across 25+ divisions, with wood or BBCOR bats, umpired games and a full season schedule. It is the kind of competitive baseball that's hard to find once high school and college ball are behind you. Rosters usually mix former high school and college players with guys returning to the game after years away, so there's typically a division that fits your level. New players can usually join Virginia Baseball Congress as a free agent or enter a full team; reach out through the league before the season sets its rosters. This is a free, unclaimed CageList directory listing; the league runs its own schedule, rosters, and registration.
Between games, keep your swing and glove sharp: Midlothian-area players can book batting cages and find training facilities and open fields to practice at nearby.
