About the league
Summer adult baseball league north of Boston, with roughly 10-12 teams drawn from the North Shore of Massachusetts to southern New Hampshire. Play is competitive; the league notes many participants played college or professional baseball. Prospective players apply via a prospect form.
Like most men's leagues, it plays real hardball, with wood or BBCOR bats, umpired games and a full season schedule. It is the kind of competitive baseball that's hard to find once high school and college ball are behind you. Rosters usually mix former high school and college players with guys returning to the game after years away, so there's typically a division that fits your level. New players can usually join North Shore Baseball League as a free agent or enter a full team; reach out through the league before the season sets its rosters. This is a free, unclaimed CageList directory listing; the league runs its own schedule, rosters, and registration.
