About the league
SCABL is an adult amateur baseball league in the greater Los Angeles area, with games spanning from East Los Angeles and Pasadena out through Rancho Cucamonga and San Bernardino. Established in 1993 and now in its 33rd year, it is an independent league affiliated with the National Adult Baseball Association (NABA) and is open to players 18 and older, including many in their 60s and 70s.
Games are played on Sundays across two seasons each year (Spring/Summer and Fall), with an optional mid-week Twilight League run June through August. Teams are grouped by age and skill into Recreational, Intermediate, and Advanced levels, so players can find a competitive tier that fits them.
