About the league
The Beverly Hills Wood Bat League is an adult (18+) wood-bat hardball league operated by the City of Beverly Hills Community Services Department. Games are played on Saturdays and Sundays at La Cienega Field, at a moderate competitive level.
The Spring 2025 season ran from April 27 to August 3, 2025. Team fees were $965 for Beverly Hills residents and $1,206 for non-residents, plus $80 per team, per game in officials' fees. Players without a team can join a free-agent list. Register or inquire through the City's adult sports site or the Recreation office.
Like most men's leagues, it plays real hardball, with wood or BBCOR bats, umpired games and a full season schedule. It is the kind of competitive baseball that's hard to find once high school and college ball are behind you. Rosters usually mix former high school and college players with guys returning to the game after years away, so there's typically a division that fits your level. New players can usually join Beverly Hills Wood Bat League as a free agent or enter a full team; reach out through the league before the season sets its rosters. This is a free, unclaimed CageList directory listing; the league runs its own schedule, rosters, and registration.
