The San Diego Adult Baseball League (SDABL), founded in 1986, is one of the largest adult hardball leagues in the country with 150+ teams and over 2,000 players. It offers Recreational (A) and Advanced (AA/AAA) play across 18+, 25+, 35+, 45+ and 55+ divisions, running February through December with games on weekends.
