About the league
An MSBL-affiliated adult amateur wood-bat baseball league with 200+ players and teams across Spokane, Spokane Valley, and nearby Idaho towns. Games are played on Sundays as doubleheaders at local high schools and occasionally at Avista Stadium.
Like most men's leagues, it plays real hardball across 18+, 32+, 45+, and 60+ divisions. divisions, with wood or BBCOR bats, umpired games and a full season schedule. It is the kind of competitive baseball that's hard to find once high school and college ball are behind you. Rosters usually mix former high school and college players with guys returning to the game after years away, so there's typically a division that fits your level. This is a free, unclaimed CageList directory listing; the league runs its own schedule, rosters, and registration.
