About the league
Adult amateur senior baseball league co-founded in 2007-2008, playing hardball across older age divisions and sending teams to the Roy Hobbs World Series. Games are held at fields in Cranston and Johnston, RI and Rehoboth, MA.
Like most men's leagues, it plays real hardball across 50+, 58+, 65+ divisions, with wood or BBCOR bats, umpired games and a full season schedule. It is the kind of competitive baseball that's hard to find once high school and college ball are behind you. Rosters usually mix former high school and college players with guys returning to the game after years away, so there's typically a division that fits your level. New players can usually join RI & MA Senior Baseball League as a free agent or enter a full team; reach out through the league before the season sets its rosters. This is a free, unclaimed CageList directory listing; the league runs its own schedule, rosters, and registration.
Between games, keep your swing and glove sharp: Cranston-area players can book batting cages and find training facilities and open fields to practice at nearby.
