About the league
An MSBL-affiliated adult men's hardball league playing Sunday games in East Rochester, NH. It is a 25-and-over league that also allows up to three players aged 18-24 per team (who cannot pitch or catch). The season generally runs from early May through late August with playoffs after Labor Day.
Like most men's leagues, it plays real hardball across 25+ (with limited 18-24 players) divisions, with wood or BBCOR bats, umpired games and a full season schedule. It is the kind of competitive baseball that's hard to find once high school and college ball are behind you. Rosters usually mix former high school and college players with guys returning to the game after years away, so there's typically a division that fits your level. New players can usually join Seacoast Men's Baseball League as a free agent or enter a full team; reach out through the league before the season sets its rosters. This is a free, unclaimed CageList directory listing; the league runs its own schedule, rosters, and registration.
Between games, keep your swing and glove sharp: Rochester-area players can book batting cages and find training facilities and open fields to practice at nearby.
