About the league
A 35-and-over senior men's amateur baseball association in the Twin Cities / south-metro area, organized around the River Valley and Northwest leagues. Runs an annual Over-35 state tournament.
Like most men's leagues, it plays real hardball across 35+ (River Valley League, Northwest League North, Northwest League South) divisions, with wood or BBCOR bats, umpired games and a full season schedule. It is the kind of competitive baseball that's hard to find once high school and college ball are behind you. Rosters usually mix former high school and college players with guys returning to the game after years away, so there's typically a division that fits your level. New players can usually join Minnesota Senior Men's Amateur Baseball Association (MSMABA) as a free agent or enter a full team; reach out through the league before the season sets its rosters. This is a free, unclaimed CageList directory listing; the league runs its own schedule, rosters, and registration.
Between games, keep your swing and glove sharp: Jordan-area players can book batting cages and find training facilities and open fields to practice at nearby.
