About the league
MSBL-affiliated adult wood-bat baseball league playing in and around Wilmington/New Castle County, Delaware. Operated its 2025 season with eight teams in a 23-and-over division; also known historically as the Delaware MSBL / Michael K. Ingram II Adult Baseball League. Opening Day is the first Sunday after Easter with playoffs concluding shortly after Labor Day.
Like most men's leagues, it plays real hardball across 23+ (historically ran 25+ and 40+ divisions) divisions, with wood or BBCOR bats, umpired games and a full season schedule. It is the kind of competitive baseball that's hard to find once high school and college ball are behind you. Rosters usually mix former high school and college players with guys returning to the game after years away, so there's typically a division that fits your level. New players can usually join Delaware Adult Baseball League as a free agent or enter a full team; reach out through the league before the season sets its rosters. This is a free, unclaimed CageList directory listing; the league runs its own schedule, rosters, and registration.
Between games, keep your swing and glove sharp: Wilmington-area players can book batting cages and find training facilities and open fields to practice at nearby.
