🚨 🗣️ Attention Baseball or Softball Coaches‼️ ⚾️🥎🏟️ Are you looking for a private place to practice and help your prospects in Batting, Defense, Agility, Pitching, Infield and​/​ or Outfield workouts, working relaxed without anyone bothering you in the St Cloud FL 34769 area? We are a family that loves baseball and we love watch the kids train for something they love while having fun at the same time. We have a simple 70' long x 14' wide x 12' tall cage in my backyard, you can practice here without anyone bothering you. You can practice Batting, Defense, Agility, Pitching, Infield and​/​ or Outfield workouts, starting from the back fence to the big tree. It is approximately 125' long x 85' wide from one fence to the other side fence. The cage includes an L screen for protection when they are pitching, a batting stand, and a batting mat. The lights will turn on or off automatically, they will turn on 15 minutes before sunset and turn off at 9:45pm. We also have a bathroom in the yard. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT (Baseballs​/​softballs, or pitching machine will not be provided), in the middle of the cage we have a 120 volt ​/​ 20 amps outlet, you are welcome to bring your own pitching machine. Somos una familia que ama el béisbol y nos encanta ver a los niños entrenar para algo que aman mientras se divierten al mismo tiempo. Contamos con una jaula de bateo sencilla de 70 pies de largo x 14 pies de ancho x 12 pies de alto en el patio de mi casa, aquí puedes practicar sin que nadie te moleste. Puedes batear y​/​o practicar Agilidad (ejercicios), comenzando desde la cerca trasera hasta el árbol grande hay aproximadamente 125 pies de largo x 85 pies de ancho de una cerca a la otra cerca lateral. La jaula incluye una cortina de L para protección cuando estén lanzando, un soporte de bateo y una alfombra para bateo. RULES FOR USE OF THE BATTING CAGE (tenant or renter) ● We request that you send a photo of your driver's license, passport or ID to complete your reservation and we will send you the address. Please understand that this is a family home. We will not send the address until we receive some identification document before the time of your reservation. ● This is a FAMILY RESIDENCE, profane, vulgar language will not be allowed, much less people with behavioral problems. ● The hours for using the facilities are Monday through Friday 2pm to 9:30pm Saturdays and Sundays from 10am to 8pm. The lights turn on automatically 15 minutes before sunset and turn off automatically at 9:45pm. If you need a few more minutes to pick up, you can let us know and the lights will turn on for 15 more minutes. ● PARKING is on the grass in front of the house and to the left of the garage entrance. OBSTRUCTING and​/​or PARKING IN THE GARAGE ENTRANCE IS NOT ALLOWED. If someone parks in the driveway without permission, the vehicle may be towed at the vehicle owner's expense. ● ONLY LEADERS and their COACHES may park in the yard to make it easier for them to set up the area. No one else is allowed to park in the yard. ● PARKING IS AT YOUR OWN RESPONSIBILITY; The owner of the residence is not responsible for accidents, theft, vandalism or other related events that occur in the residence. ● Any child using the pitching cage must be accompanied by their coach or adult and must wear their protective helmet at all times. NO EXCEPTIONS. The owners of the property are not responsible for any accident, blow or injury received at any time due to the activities carried out. ● BATHROOM: We have a bathroom available, help us keep a clean and pleasant bathroom. Please do not throw any type of paper or trash down the toilet, all types of paper or trash must go in the trash can. ● CLEANLINESS: No papers, cans, coolers, water bottles or other items should be left lying around the grounds. PLEASE help us keep the home clean and in good condition. ● MUSIC: You may bring your own speaker or Bluetooth system to listen to music while you train, music is allowed Monday through Friday from 10am to 9:00pm, Saturday and Sunday 10am to 9:30pm. The yard also has a speaker system that can be accessed upon request. ● TOBACCO AND ALCOHOL PROHIBITION IN THE SURROUNDINGS: Smoking, vaping or consumption of any tobacco products is NOT ALLOWED; consumption of alcoholic beverages is NOT ALLOWED at any time. ● Please help us maintain a safe facility, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES will loitering near the windows of the house or the porch area be tolerated. ● Coaches and Assistants, upon completion of your session, please lock the gate. ● Failure to comply with the schedule and​/​or any of these rules may result in your removal from the facility and being prohibited from renting the space again. ● We ask for your support in complying with these rules.
