Additional space available for practice is from the back fence to the tree trunk. It is approximately 125' long x 85' wide from one side fence to the other. Bring your team of up to 15 players and enjoy!!!!!

PARKING is on the lawn in front of the house on the right side and on the lawn to the left of the driveway. NO OBSTRUCTIONS and/or PARKING IN THE DRIVEWAY ARE ALLOWED. If someone parks in the driveway or garage without permission, the vehicle may be towed at the owner's expense. ONLY COACHES and their ASSISTANTS are permitted to park in the backyard to facilitate their preparation. No one else is permitted to park in the backyard at any time. PARKING IS AT YOUR OWN RISK; the owner of the residence is not responsible for accidents, thefts, vandalism, or other related events that may occur at the residence. “We want to let you know that we are continuously working to improve our facilities. Our future plans include installing more lights, artificial grass, adding a roof to the area, and adding tables and seating for parents, all with the goal of providing greater comfort and a better experience for our users.”

Additional Rules
RULES We request that you submit a photo of your driver's license, passport, or personal identification to complete the rental agreement. No one will be admitted to the training facility until the user agreement has been signed and full payment has been made for the reservation. All users of the facilities must sign a waiver before using the facilities. Parents or legal guardians must sign for any minor under 18 years of age and are responsible for any actions, misconduct, and damages caused. *Horse play will not be tolerated* Personal Equipment: Renters must bring their own equipment (bats, balls, gloves, pitching machine, helmets, etc.). Permitted Activities: Batting practice, pitching, defense, catcher's agility, infield, and outfield. Maximum of 14 people per reservation. Proper Use: The tenant agrees to use the facilities safely and is FULLY RESPONSIBLE for any damage caused to the property, batting cage, equipment, or belongings in the backyard, or to any part of the property during their use. In case of damage, the tenant will be responsible for the costs of repair or replacement. Supervision: Minors must be supervised by the coach, assistant, or an adult at all times. Playing and/or entering the ranch area located to the left of the restroom is prohibited. This is a FAMILY RESIDENCE. Profane or vulgar language, and loitering near the house, looking in windows, or displaying behavioral problems, will NOT be permitted. The facility's opening hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. The lights turn on automatically 15 minutes before sunset and turn off automatically at 9:20 p.m. If you need a few more minutes to pick up, please let us know and the lights will turn on for 15 more minutes. Any MINOR using the batting cage must be accompanied by their coach or an adult and wear a protective helmet AT ALL TIMES. NO EXCEPTIONS. BATHROOM: We have a restroom available. Please help us keep the restroom clean and pleasant. Please do not flush any type of paper or trash down the toilet. All paper or trash must be disposed of in the trash bin. The TENANT is responsible for any inappropriate behavior, damage, or incident caused by them or any visitor or person accompanying them, including minors. CLEANUP: Papers, cans, coolers, water bottles, or other items should not be left lying around the grounds. PLEASE help us keep the property clean and in good condition. Failure to comply with the cleaning or usage rules may result in a penalty of $25 to $100 depending on the damage or effort required to correct it. MUSIC: TRAINERS or ASSISTANTS can bring their own speaker or Bluetooth system to listen to music while training; music is permitted at all times. The backyard also has a speaker system the owner can provide with music through the Pandora Music app upon request. * Please note that the music may contain explicit lyrics. We will monitor this to ensure that this does not happen, but we are not responsible for the language as we do not control the music on the Pandora App.* NO TOBACCO AND ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN THE SURROUNDING AREAS: No alcoholic beverages, smoking, vaping, or consuming any tobacco products, or engaging in any criminal or illegal acts are permitted on or around the property under any circumstances. SECURITY CAMERAS: For everyone's safety, the facilities are equipped with video surveillance cameras. These cameras are for security monitoring purposes only. Help us maintain a safe environment. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES will people be tolerated near the house, loitering near the windows of the house, or in the porch area. Coaches and Assistants, please lock the gate at the end of your session. Failure to comply with your rental schedule and/or any of these rules may result in your removal from the facility and a ban from renting the space again. Property owners are not responsible for personal items left behind or abandoned in or around the batting cage, field area or around property. It is specified that any conflict will be resolved under the laws of Florida in Osceola County. *Renters are encouraged to check the facilities before leaving the facility.* We ask for your support in complying with these rules.
